CHAND is more than just a specialty candlemaker; their candles represent a sensual curiosity for art, life, and individual expression. I embarked on a creative journey with CHAND, first collaborating with the founder in 2019 at Appart, a dynamic branding agency. Our initial project involved crafting a brand strategy and designing a unique brand identity. Over the years, when I left the agency, we've continued to work closely, fine-tuning CHAND's brand for success, including website strategy, social media planning, campaign execution, communication guidelines, influencer marketing, and more.

Despite its artistic brilliance, CHAND faced a dual challenge. First, it aimed to expand its presence and build appeal in a niche market. Second, it grappled with the limited market size for specialty candles in Thailand. These challenges were significant hurdles to overcome.

Outcome:

Our journey with CHAND began with a commitment to reinvigorating the brand and pushing it in the right direction. We sought to revitalise the core essence of the brand, which had spent years in candle craftsmanship.

In our weekly brand consultations, we discovered uncharted opportunities in the B2B segment and the potential to introduce CHAND's high-quality products to international consumers. By focusing on hero products and reinvigorating the brand's core, the brand has expanded its presence and attracted new B2B partnerships internationally.

Additionally, we implemented a social media campaign, which, within just three months, attracted new B2B partnerships and exposed more than 333,000 targeted audiences to the campaign on Instagram and Facebook. Through our collaborative efforts, we've illuminated the path to success, overcoming challenges and creating opportunities for growth.
