Elemis, a revered British beauty brand, has long been synonymous with luxury skincare products. Their formulations, grounded in skin-friendly and safe ingredients, harness revolutionary technologies to deliver clinically proven results that are both visible and tangible.
Despite a successful recent launch in Thailand that generated impressive sales figures, Elemis recognised the need to solidify its presence through localised branding efforts, paving the way for long-term success. The challenges that lay ahead were twofold: the strong affinity Thais had for well-known counter brands and the relative unfamiliarity of the Elemis name in the market.
Outcome:
Our partnership with Elemis was rooted in the belief that their hero products could shine even brighter in the Thai market. Our journey led us to focus on their Pro-Collagen line, celebrated for its anti-aging properties. We initiated an influencer marketing campaign that created a new direction that resonated with the Thai audience. To ensure a cohesive narrative, we took charge of end-to-end video production, crafting visually engaging content that highlighted Elemis's unique value. Our work also extended beyond influencer campaigns. We forged strong ties with digital and print media, generating consistent PR efforts that enhanced brand recognition and new store launch.
Our efforts translated global guidelines into locally resonant content with real people. The campaign not only reinforced Elemis's distinctive positioning but also ushered in brand recognition among the new target market.
