WOOF is a forward-thinking, user-centric brand focused on strengthening the bond between dogs and owners. In a world where most digital solutions tend to prioritize the comfort and convenience of dog owners, WOOF has embarked on a mission to create a holistic pet-care experience that truly understands and caters to the emotional well-being of our furry friends.
With a keen eye on three distinct user personas – new dog owners, busy individuals, and dog enthusiasts – WOOF has developed an integration of physical and digital products including pet collar, food dispenser, and an application.
Outcome:
Recognising this gap in the market and the three personas, I supported WOOF with brand creation and brand strategy to set WOOF apart in the pet-tech industry.
The founder and I identified the unique value propositions of WOOF’s offerings and crafting a strategy to communicate these values to the target audience. The tagline ‘Tails wagging solution’ and brand storytelling encapsulated WOOF's mission, values, and commitment to enhancing the dog-human relationship. I was also involved in the UX process, beginning with low-fidelity wireframes, where I designed each element of the interface, ensuring that it was intuitive, user-friendly, and aligned with WOOF's brand identity. This process involved iterative design and prototyping, gradually refining the digital experience to perfection by the graphic design team.
