Challenge:

GQ Apparel Thailand is a tech apparel and omni-channel branded company renowned for its expertise in men's clothing. Based in Bangkok, Thailand, they’re on a mission to revolutionize the way consumers in Southeast Asia shop and interact with products. With over 22,000 points-of-sales across the region, GQ has become a trusted brand in the industry.

“We don't just sell products; we solve problems. By using consumer insights to understand the needs of our customers, we create products that make their lives easier.”

GQ sought product launch strategy and packaging design for “Best White Shirt” - a product represented a significant shift in their brand identity and values.

Outcome:

The objective was to create packaging that surpassed consumer expectations. In collaboration with GQ, we crafted a comprehensive product strategy before diving deep into packaging design. We considered how we could effectively communicate style, functionality, and the high-tech gadget-like qualities of the "Best White Shirt" to our targeted audience; office workers and urbanites.

The strategy ensured that every element, from the visual aesthetics to the choice of packaging materials, aligned perfectly with the brand's objectives. The design team crafted a visual system that harmonised with their new branding identity to capture GQ's brand values: simplicity, vibrancy, and intelligence.
