Their community is a global family of over 100,000 individuals who share their vision. Together, they co-create and refine our products, ensuring that every voice is not just heard but celebrated.

Divyne's mission was clear. Together with Appart, we worked on a rebrand to define the new brand's space and the language with which we address their beauty community.

Outcome:

The brand strategy and communication guideline centered on an approach that placed our users at the heart of our communication. We helped the brand envision an online conversation where our users could share their concerns, and we would respond with tailored solutions. At Divyne, every interaction is more than just a dialogue; it's a celebration of the community's unique beauty journey.
